Also, I wish that some of the features that are on the higher paid plans were available on the lower tier plans. But the team behind FreshBooks is constantly making improvements all the time so it’s still worth it.

(4/5)FreshBooks is really visually appealing, and the overall experience is very compelling. When I log on, I don’t feel overwhelmed. I really like how when I log in, the most critical information is right there on the dashboard. I also enjoy that it offers a receipt storage area where I can organize and store receipts without having to keep a hardcopy receipt that may be torn.

It has a clean user interface and professional customer support team. Areas where the software can improve are quarterly tax estimates, invoice customization, and dashboard deficits.

(3/5)The software is easy to use and did allow me to set up a single customer with multiple email addresses but the user interface of the software is very basic in comparison to its competitors. Barring the UI, FreshBooks is a good option that answers all your accounting queries.
