Using DocuWare data and forms have helped us to capture new client, which has made our office much more efficient. The file management software has streamlined integrations with external applications are made possible so that we can add information from a main system or search in DocuWare using criteria from the main system.

While there are many document and workflow management systems available on the market today, I think that DocuWare stands out because it’s very easy to learn and use. And it has many options that can help you get your things done faster!

DocuWare has really intuitive user interface, it is very easy to use and complete any of your tasks just by clicking on one of the many links available in each page. The system is cloud-based and very easily accessible from any device. And I really like the user guides, they tell me exactly what to do no matter even if I’m a beginner.

DocuWare has its own community for users who want to share and discuss their experiences and learn from each other. This is a great option if you want to add any extra functionality or make some changes in the system because the users can share their experiences there.

DocuWare’s customizability is one of my favorite things about this product. For example, I have a folder for PDFs in my account and I can easily add to or remove files from it, which is very helpful because this is the place where all of my PDFs are being stored.

DocuWare is a comprehensive product with many features for any online document management solution, providing everything you need for you and your company. And if something is missing, you can always ask in the community and see what other users advise.
